  • What is the age requirement for a ticket?
    Anyone over the age of two (2) is in need of a ticket. There is no child prices, everyone over the age of two (2) is the same price
  • How do I change my contact information on my account?
    It is the responsibility of the account holder to notify the Drake Athletics Ticket Office in person or over the phone of any change in contact information (address, phone, email, etc.).
  • Why don't I have any DAPPS points?
    Only those individuals who have made a gift to Drake Athletics are eligible to receive priority points.
  • How do I move up on the priority points rankings?
    The easiest way to move up the priority points rankings is by making a gift to Drake Athletics.
  • Does my gift to Drake Athletics count the same regardless of its designation within the Athletics Department?
    Yes, whether your gift is restricted or unrestricted, it is valued the same in our priority points system.
  • What is the Admission Policy?
    For all ticketed events, everyone over the age of two (2) is in need of a ticket. Anyone under the age of 2 does not need a ticket and can sit on the laps of their parents. There is No Re-Entry to any athletics events.
  • Do you have a Clear Bag Policy?
    At The Start of the 2023 Athletics Season, Drake will be implementing a NEW Clear Bag policy for all of the Home Drake Athletics Events. Bags that are Clear Plastic, Vinyl, OR PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."   • How can I get ADA (Handicap) Seating?
    Accessible tickets may be ordered by calling the Drake Ticket Office at 515-271-3647 or email us at Please provide any special seating needs necessary when ordering tickets. Each accessible seating order will be eligible for one (1) attendant seat adjacent to ADA seat, subject to availability. If tickets located in general seating areas need to be exchanged for accessible seats, a person must provide their tickets for exchange to the Drake Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the game to ensure them accessible seats with attendant seat.
  • How do I transfer my season tickets?
    Season Ticket locations may be transferred from Current Season Ticket Holder (Transferor) to a New Season Ticket Holder (Transferee). The Transferee will be required to pay the established rate for tickets. This includes Basketball as well as the Drake Relays. In the Event of a Death: Tickets may be transferred into the name of the surviving spouse. If no surviving spouse exists or no transfer requests to an immediate family member are made, the tickets will be released and made available to the public.
  • What are ticketed sports at Drake?
    We have five (5) sports that are ticketed here at Drake. The sports are: Football: Volleyball: Men's Basketball: Women's Basketball: Drake Relays:
  • What are the sports we DO NOT ticket?
    As of the 2023-24 Seasons we do not ticket: Men's Soccer: Women's Soccer: Softball:
  • Are tickets available at the gates of games?
    Yes, we have tickets at the gates of all home games. We encourage you to purchase the tickets ahead of time to allow easy access into the games. But, we do have Ticket Office staff at games to sell at the games.
  • How do I access my digital tickets?
    You will need to download the AXS app : Apple or Android If you have never used the AXS App press Create Account or Sign In with the SAME EMAIL used when purchasing tickets. Login with the SAME email address used when purchasing tickets or the email that tickets were transferred to.
  • How do I transfer my single game tickets?
    Once inside the event screen, select 'Transfer'. Screenshots of tickets will not work as the barcode refreshes ever 60 seconds. Select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer. Enter the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer ticket(s) to. Review the transfer and select 'Confirm Transfer' at the bottom of the screen.
  • Are all tickets mobile?
    If purchasing tickets online though all tickets will be delivered digitally. You can find the instructions on how to access those tickets as well as transfer those tickets at
  • Do we sell tickets through alternative sites?
    The ONLY site to purchase tickets online to get into Drake events is through WE DO NOT sell through any alternative sites. You can also purchase directly through the Ticket Office at 515-271-3647 or email us at
  • Do you have a Will Call for tickets?
    We DO NOT have Will Call for tickets. The only tickets we will have are for Recruits as well as Pass Lists for Drake and Visitors.
  • How do I get a Parking Pass?
    To receive a Parking Pass you will need to donate to the Bulldog Club $500 annually. Reserved parking for the Drake Relays is based on giving to the Baton Club at $250. Please contact the Bulldog Club to purchase your season parking pass or for any parking-related questions at 515-271-2228.

  • How do I pay for my tickets?
    Tickets will not be held or issued without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only. Checks must be made payable to the Drake Athletics. WE DO NOT EXCEPT American Express or Apple Pay. Faculty/Staff receive a 20% discount ONLY on Season Tickets.
  • What are your fees per ticket?
    On all of our single game tickets there is a $1 Processing Fee no matter if you purchase online or in person. This is already built into the price that you see in front of you. There are no additional fees added on. There is an $8 Order Fee that is added to all bulk orders of Season Tickets or All-Session tickets purchased through the Drake Athletics Ticket Office.
  • Can I get a refund?
    All sales are final. Refund or exchange requests may be submitted to the Drake Athletics Ticket Office. Any refund/exchange is at the sole discretion of the Drake Athletics Ticket Office and is not guaranteed. Please confirm the selected game(s)/package before placing an order.
