DRAKE UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS TICKET POLICIES

 

Terms of Sale

Tickets may not be sold, except by authorized personnel. Unauthorized sale of tickets will result in loss of ticket privileges. Drake University reserves the right to change the date and time of any game or event. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

The ticket holder agrees to abide by all Drake Athletics and University policies. The following items are not permitted inside Drake Stadium, Buel Field, or the Knapp Center (when applicable: outside food or beverage, coolers, lawn chairs, strollers, tents, camera tripods, umbrellas, weapons, alcoholic beverages, large backpacks, and stadium seats over 18” wide).

 

University and licensed officials reserve the right to refuse admission or reject any person whose conduct is deemed by Drake Athletics and licensed officials to be disorderly or fail to comply with facility policies. Spectators assume the risk of dangers incidental to the event to which the ticket admits them whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual event anywhere on Drake University property.

 

ADA Accessible Seating

Fans with accessibility needs or seating requests are encouraged to attend all Drake University events.  To purchase tickets with accessible seating options, please purchase tickets online or call the Drake Athletics Ticket Office at 515-271-3647.

Account Information

Drake University Athletics will only act on any changes, modifications, or inquiries from the person listed as the primary account holder, his or her spouse, or a legal representative. In the case of any corporate accounts, a main person of contact should be trusted to make such changes and inquiries. In the event that account information should need to be changed (i.e. change of address, telephone number, email address), it is the account holder's responsibility to notify Drake University Athletics and the Drake University Athletics Ticket Office. Information may be submitted in writing to Drake Athletics Ticket Office, 2507 University Ave. Des Moines, IA 50311, by calling 515-271-DOGS (3647) or by emailing tickets@drake.edu.

 

Lost, Stolen, Screen Shot and/or Damaged Tickets

Should a ticket be stolen, contact your local authorities to report the crime and obtain a copy of the report prior to contacting the Drake Athletics Ticket Office to have the tickets replaced. Damaged printed tickets may still be accepted should the barcode be recognizable and able to be scanned. If the ticket is beyond recognition, a replacement ticket will need to be issued. A valid photo identification may be required to receive any and all replacement tickets. Please contact the Drake Athletics Ticket Office for further information or to begin the replacement process. With AXS mobile tickets, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Tickets must be transferred to fans using the AXS app. 

 

Payment Information

The Drake Athletics Ticket Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, & Discover credit & debit cards, checks (Made payable to Drake University), and cash for all ticket-related transactions.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstance.

 

Weather Delays/Cancellations

Should an event be canceled and not rescheduled due to weather, darkness, or unplayable conditions, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. In the case of cancellation, call 515-271-DOGS (3647) or visit GoDrakeBulldogs.com for up-to-date information. If an event is postponed, event tickets are valid to attend the rescheduled event. There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling, or time changes of an event. Original event tickets will be honored for the new date and time of the original event.

 

Parking

Please allow ample time on event days to find parking. Be aware that certain lots are restricted to donors only and require a valid parking pass. Certain lots are open to the general public at the current going rate or free of charge, depending on the event. Patrons interested in purchasing tickets during normal business hours during the week should either park along Forest Ave. in front of the Knapp Center in the designated "Ticket Office Parking" zone or in the lot directly across the street at the corner of Forest Ave. and 25th St.

 

Smoke-Free Environment

The Drake University campus is a 100% smoke and tobacco free campus. Those who do not comply will be subject to disciplinary action.
