Step 1: Log in to AXS Fan Account

Use the email address associated with your Drake Tickets Account.

This is done in a web browser, not the AXS app (Your tickets will be delivered to the AXS app)
Step 2: Dashboard

Click on Reservations in the top left corner (highlighted in yellow)

Click on Get Tickets
Step 3: Pay for your reservation​

The previously entered method of payment will show as the payment information. Type in the CVV code. Or click change if you need to use a different credit card.

Verify the seat location.

View the order summary

Check the box to agree to the purchase

Click confirm purchase
Step 4: Tickets will be sent to your AXS Mobile ID​

To access your tickets, download the AXS app on your smartphone and log in or create an account with this email address. If you are not sure of the password, you have 2 options. Try “create an account” to establish a password or “sign-in” and forgot password to reset the password.

Seat Change Request Men's or Women's Basketball.
Season ticket holders who want to move to a new section or add seats for the 2023-24 season may do so by filling out the form below AFTER RENEWING YOUR 2023-24 SEATS IN YOUR AXS FAN ACCOUNT. If you do not renew your current seats by the August 29th deadline, they will be dropped from your account and will be available to others during the seat move process.

Season ticket holders who are interested in moving seats to seats located in a section with a higher price than their current seats will be responsible for paying the difference. Season ticket holders who are interested in moving to seats with a lower price will be reimbursed the difference.
Drake Athletics Ticket Office will contact you September 5th - 7th for your seat change request. Requests will be filled based on the Drake Athletics Priority Points System. *Subject to availability.
